Hello, my name is Tracy Thoman, Principal and SharePoint Consultant, Law in Order, Inc. 

With 6 years experience in SharePoint Site Collection Strategy, Planning, Design, Development, Administration, Business Analysis & Process Improvement,  Information Architecture, Solutioning and end-user Training, I have a passion for helping organizations, executive leadership, administrative teams, client delivery teams, and individual information workers work differently, think differently, see differently, deliver differently with SharePoint as the technology foundation. My goal is to drastically improve process workflow, content management, working together “to get the job done”.   I help people connect better, work more efficiently with less effort, collaborate better, “see” business better, avoid “solving the wrong problem really well”, achieve more, maxmize work day (avoiding work night) with less rework, less hassle, less headache, trusted controls and accountability and what I like most - unimpeded FLOW.
